Boutique investment firm based in central London are currently recruiting an experienced graduate Administrator to support the CEO and wider team.  This is an excellent opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, sociable company that is creative in feel and has experienced huge success over the past 10 years.  The ideal candidate will be a graduate/graduate calibre with at least 2 years office based/corporate experience, duties are varied to include back office administration, finance support and extensive client liaison with HNWC’s (high net worth clients) ensuring investment details are accurate.  Full training and support will be provided, you will be encouraged to progress, add value to the team and expand your knowledge including finance support, accounts, marketing, advertising and SEO (search engine optimisation).  There is flexibility to work remotely from home or based on the office.

Duties:

  • Providing proactive and efficient administrative support to the CEO and team.
  • Updating databases, verifying client information, coordinating prices, costings and maintaining Excel spreadsheets therefore a methodical, numerate mind with at least Intermediate Excel essential and perhaps a desire to progress within accounts/bookkeeping longer term to expand your responsibilities and remit.
  • Qualifying inbound client leads and developing a rapport with clients.
  • Processing investment transactions and recording relevant client information accurately.
  • Assisting the finance team with accounts reporting and month end reconciliation.
  • Administration and research projects as required.

Ideal candidate:

  • 2 years office based corporate experience.
  • Degree educated/graduate calibre with strong academics.
  • Intermediate MS Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident, outgoing, professional, highly organised and methodical with strong client liaison, customer services skills.
  • Trustworthy, proactive and looking to progress and add value.
  • Highly numerate with strong literacy skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Keen to develop a strong career within support and finance support.

Hours: 9-5:30pm
