French speaking Team Assistant in Digital West End

A French speaking Team Assistant is required for an international digital financing company based in West London. A French owned company is seeking a bilingual French and English Team Assistant to support the C-Suite Directors. Duties will include processing expenses, managing travel arrangements as well as assisting with logistics for meetings, organise diaries and assist the marketing department with translations from French into English as well as invoicing and  providing financial information to the sales team.

This role will suit someone who is highly organised, bi-lingual in French and who can manage their time efficiently due to an ever changing workload. You will also provide admin support to the Directors as well as to the rest of the team and assist  the HR Director and CFO on  projects when required.
