Our prestigious New York headquartered, international law firm client is looking for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator to join their HR team in the ever-growing London office. The role will report into the Senior HR & Office Administration Manager and will be supported by an Administration Assistant. It will be very broad in terms of the HR responsibilities and Office Administration remit and is an exciting opportunity with room to grow within a growing global law firm. Key responsibilities will include:- General HR responsibilities including: Onboarding, offboaring, holidays, absences, performance reviews. - Operational HR matters- Office Administration- Overseeing facilities staff, paralegals and secretaries. The successful candidate will be proactive and independent self-starter who feels comfortable to role their sleeves up and get stuck in, in a busy office environment.
