An exciting opportunity for a bright, eager and talented office support professional to join a financial services business based in the City of London.

This is a hands on position, encompassing Reception, Office Management, Facilities, HR and PA support.

The Role

  • Managing the front Reception desk, meeting and greeting clients and managing the phones
  • Office management support including working with the HR Manager to ensure the office is running smoothly
  • Facilities management including ensuring stocks are updated
  • Refreshment management
  • Stationary ordering and management of stock
  • HR support including general HR Administration supporting the HR Manager
  • PA support including booking flights, travel, diary management and expenses

Person Specification

  • Experience working in a demanding, pressured environment
  • Experience supporting in an office support position
  • A key interest in building excellent internal relationships
  • Enjoys a busy and dynamic position
