An Office Administrator is required fora  boutique private equity firm in Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with the Office Manager and be mentored by her. The role will consists in  two parts, assisting with Office Management duties such as facilities and maintenance, expenses, invoicing. The other part will be assisting the EA team, supporting them with diary management and travel arrangements as well as helping organising client events for events and in-house socials. The ideal candidate will have at least two years corporate administrative experience within a financial or professional services environment and be keen to work in friendly, international, fast-paced environment. The company also like to promote from within so long term there could also be lots of opportunity for internal progression. Immediate start for the right candidate.
