A leading publishing company requires a capable and enthusiastic administrator to assist with client queries for 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities


  • Dealing with client requests, ensuring that expectations are well managed and work prioritised
  • Maintaining strict operating standards, accurate data management, and client confidentiality
  • Providing operational and status reports to the Team Leader
  • Assisting the team in handling other tasks
  • Communicating, coordinating and following up with necessary internally facing teams
  • Providing clear information and/or instructions to internal clients and customers regarding their requests and queries
  • Addressing all clients professionally at all times, both in email and on the phone

  • Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience in an administrative role within a corporate environment is essential
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • A team player
    • Computer literate with strong ability to pick up new systems
