Researcher

Our client is an executive search firm which specialises in sourcing and placing junior to mid- senior professionals into the financial industry. They are currently seeking a full- time Researcher to support the consultants in the execution of retained mandates.

This is an opportunity for a smart, capable person who is interested in the financial markets and executive search space.

  Responsibilities:

• Carrying out research to source candidates for opportunities
• Contacting selected candidates on the database to discuss potential opportunities
• Keeping the database up to date with candidate activity
• Assisting the consultants with the search process (scheduling interviews, taking feedback etc)
• Attending candidate interviews (with a Consultant at first) and writing up  candidate profiles
• Working on specific research projects over the year

Candidate profile:

• Must have undergraduate degree from a top university
• Excellent telephone manner; good communication skills, both verbal and written
• High energy, positive attitude
• Must be extremely tech savvy
• 6 months to a year prior work experience, ideally in executive search, is a plus
• Very organised and detail oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong computer skills – Outlook, Excel
