A beauty brand management company is currently looking for an E-commerce Customer Service Manager to lead their growing team. They are a growing business based in North London and with exciting plans to expand abroad soon.

Your role will be pivotal in reshaping their customer service department and they are looking for someone who will provide solutions and creative ideas to improve the customer’s experience. This role is very much operational and would suit someone with previous customer service management experience within e-commerce.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with expansion plans abroad.

Salary up to £40,000 and hours of work 9am-5pm.
