This is an extremely varied and dynamic opportunity for an individual who has previously worked within the Pensions industry and is looking to utilise their experience within a highly sucessful team. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the day to day operations of the team including managing all client queries and ther overall funding operations.

Description
- Manage the day to day operations including of the variety of client queries and complaints
- Monitor the payroll calendar and make sure the Finance team are kept up to date with client payments
- Ensure that reports are issued within timescales
- Check the monthly reporting and make reports are issued to RGA
- Undertake 3rd party administration including Payroll & Operational audits
- Plan daily objectives for yourself and the team accordingly and make sure the key business priorities are being met
Profile
- 2 - 3 Pensions experience including Defined Benefits
- Extremely organised with the ability to multi task
- Excellent verbal and written communication including good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage own workload and motivate a team
- Able to work under pressure to achieve objectives within timescales
- Proficient in Microsoft office with knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Exceptional customer service skills
