Are you an experienced facilities/ premises professional that has been working in a facilities management role within a legal or professional services firm? If so, then this role could be a great opportunity for you! Working within a prestigious US law firm on a 12-month contract basis, you would play a pivotal part in moving 260+ staff from one London office location to another. You will be responsible for co-ordinating a number of key projects to ensure a smooth transition to the new office location working closely with senior stakeholders at the firm.

Key duties will include:

Manage a seamless, professional move of two offices to one, including dilapidation, arranging/co-ordinating with the moving company, managing any temporary staff during move and considering working hours/on call/out of hours support and 100LS supplied contractors including pest control etc.Disposal of desk-top and old printers, relocation of printers, office name plates/numbers, white boards, firm's reception signage/fixtures, chairs, computers, key-boards, recycling bins before/after move.Ensuring completion of internal forms, couriers and post redirection. Decide on the stay/go items of furniture and art. Move/dispose of go items. Movers - packing of stay items.Business Cards, envelopes, comp slips, name stamps/certifed stamps plus more whiteboard pens/wipers as boards in offices etc.Cancel services for suppliers. Pre-print new location labels in advance. Asset tagging Logistics for the firm's bike, shower, locker allocations, cycleFirst-aid room equipmentMaintenance contracts i. for hand dryers
