Payroll Administrator - Permanent Part Time Accountancy Practice - Based in Nottingham

We are supporting our client to source a Payroll Administrator for their Nottingham office.

Hours - 15 / 20 hours a week - salary dependant upon hours worked and previous experience

You will be responsible for the monthly and weekly payrolls for a variety of the accountancy practice's clients.

The main duties :
Running the monthly and weekly payrolls for around 60 -70 clients.
To obtain all relevant information from the clients to ensure deadlines are met and final payroll runs completed and all essential documentation sent to all clients
PAYE and NIC liability to be advised to each client
BACS payments
Quality control reviews on a regular basis
Dealing with any queries from the clients, auto enrolment, pension letters etc.

Essential to the role is experience of being a payroll administrator withing an accountancy practice and to provide excellent internal and external service to all stakeholders.
