Research Associate

A boutique search firm based in Central London is looking for a Research Associate. They specialise in placing senior level/leaders for educational, healthcare, and non-profit organisations globally. The team are bright and ambitious with a great culture.

The role is a Research Associate position within the Schools team, who work with independent sector schools globally, as well as state sector, and educational charities. The team is fast growing would offer great progression.

The role involves:

• Managing and independently directing multiple research projects (up to 3 at a time)
• Developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with candidates
• Identifying high calibre candidates
• Helping to prepare pitches, shortlists and longlists

You will need to:

• 2.1 (or above) graduate
• Interest in the Education sector
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Resilient and driven - hardworking
