CSR Coordinator, Investment Banking

Do you have several years’ CSR/charity experience, delivering volunteer initiatives and events?

Can you motivate and engage employees to participate in CSR programmes?

A global investment bank is looking for an exceptional team player to support their Community Development team, which will include working towards 2 major summer programmes.

This will be an exciting and hugely rewarding role.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Working closely with internal contacts and teams across the firm to motivate and engage them in volunteering projects
• Driving participation in the UK, achieving targets whilst ensuring high social impact
• Building and maintaining internal relationships including the London Charity Committee
• Working with charities and community partners to deliver a programme of volunteering projects in the UK
• Liaising with internal Comms to encourage participation and share stories of success
• Maintaining robust management information
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of the firm’s annual awards event
• Creating a high-quality campaign to encourage best entries
• Supporting activities such as  grant making and donations, promotional activities

The skills you need to bring:

• Several years’ experience delivering successful events and volunteer initiatives
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience working across EMEA and in Financial Services beneficial
• Enthusiasm, energy and a strong team player
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong academic performance
