We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an EA to join a rising star Berlin based tech company as EA to the CEO. This will be a 12 month maternity contract position and a wonderful chance to work with this inspiring and entrepreneurial Founder who values his support, their contribution and strategic partnership. PLEASE NOTE GERMAN IS NOT REQUIRED.

THE ROLE

This is an extremely busy and very broad role working for a young company which is still growing and developing with the support of their financial partners in Silicon Valley. Alongside providing traditional EA support including organising a very busy day to day schedule, you will be a first point of contact for the CEO, working across the business including with the leadership team, attending some meetings and strategizing on how to utilise the CEOs time most effectively so that he can focus on the most impactful discussions and decisions. In addition you will have the opportunity to take on projects such as research, preparing press releases and reports to name a few. The CEO is more than happy to give you an opportunity to showcase your skills, talents and ultimately get the best out of you so you will have the chance to develop and push yourself.

THE CANDIDATE

The role will suit someone who has demonstrated experience working as an EA to a senior professional, can work at pace in a high pressured environment, and be able to quickly understand the business and it’s people. As well as using your initiative, being highly proactive you should also possess emotional intelligence and a natural curiosity. A good sense of humour also helps.
