Luxury Retailer in search of a highly organised EA for 3 months

Your new company

A luxury good retailer are in need of a temporary EA to support the Global PR team. They are a high end retailer based in central London and are expanding rapidly.

Your new role

  • Manages the Group PR Hub's agenda and travel, coordinating with other departments as required.
  • Acts as a "challenging partner" to the Group PR Director on transversal projects, preparing reports on ad-hoc subject as required
  • Organises the PR Conference specifically for the guest list, travel and accommodations, communication correspondence, logistics, budget and any other tasks required
  • SAP : manage Purchase Orders & Goods Receipts, check and approve invoices
  • Manage re-invoicing and handle the SAP reporting tool
  • Prepare quarterly budget tracking reports and budget overviews as required
  • Serve as the main intermediary between accounts payable and the team - Requests and analyses spending reports
  • Verifies invoices


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have experience supporting a PR Director or supporting within a Luxury Retailer or within a global creative organisation.

  • Very organised and structured
  • Excellent writing & editing skills
  • Knowledge of accounting rules and basic budget management rules
  • Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge and understanding of SAP
