This role will report in to the HR Manager with day to day supervision by the previous HR Administrator who has recently taken on more responsibility along with a promotion to HR Officer.

While there is no guarantee, head count for a full time HR Administrator will be granted in July, giving the successful candidate the pole position to make the role permanent.

Presently, this role is process driven rather than demanding spontaneous decision making. This would change in the event of the role going permanent, meaning there is strong potential to start a promising career as a generalist once this administrative stage is completed.

While COVID is ongoing there are no plans for this role to work in the office for 5 days a week. Everyone is 100% remote working at the moment but this could change, so all candidates must be commutable to London.

Start Date is as soon as possible.

The Role

HR Administration in a team of 5 which will include but not be limited to:

  • Joiners / Leavers documentation
  • Go to person for adhoc changes to the HRIS eg. Address changes

  • Some diary management and for the Head of HR

The Candidate

  • At least a year's administration in a top quality company. Ideally Private Equity, Hedge Fund or similar.
  • HR Administration experience is a huge advantage. CIPD would be good but not essential.
  • The stronger the academics the better.
  • Content to work through processes and has attention to detail.
  • Is IT literate. The stronger the Excel the better.
  • Confident appearing on MS Teams, Blue Jeans, Zoom etc
  • Is smartly presented, articulate, confident, not arrogant.
  • Doesn't have a "computer says no" attitude
