A new and exciting role has arisen for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager with 1-3 years transferable experience to join a family office based in Dubai. Candidates must be already based in Dubai in order to be considered for this role. This established business is based in the United Kingdom and is setting up an office in Dubai; therefore, this role will suit someone who has experience working within the local market.
Duties include;
- Diary management
- Travel management
- Coordinating meetings on behalf of Director
- Setting up the office
- Processing invoices and general reconciling
- Coordinating with suppliers
- General office administration
The ideal candidate;
- Will have between 1-3 years' personal assistant or office management experience, within a corporate environment
- Lives in Dubai and has a good understanding of the local market
- Be able to work under pressure, in a confidential manner
- Will have strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
