Executive Assistant with Office Management skills (Venture Capital) Central London

This is an exciting and diverse role for an experience EA who is career driven and wants to join the best.  An EA experienced at Partner/CEO level is essential and used to working in a fast paced and sometimes demanding role across different time zones.  Working outside of normal hours will not be a problem and becoming part of a hugely successful and dynamic team is exciting to you.  Although immensely successful this is the start up of their London office so a hands on and muck in attitude is essential.  Flexibility and a dedicated approach is what is required.

Working within an initial small team you will also have experience with events, office operations and even covering reception when needed!  A happy and positive attitude is needed 

The firm is hugely successful and No.1 in their field.  You will have experience within a start up within investments would be a big plus. Suited to an EA who loves being involved in every area, with energy and commitment to offer within a boutique finance/investment company, you areused to wearing many hats and producing the goods.
