The Presentation Specialist primary responsibility is to support the Marketing team and the design requirements for the business. PowerPoint slide design and adaptation is a key part of this role and candidates must have strong experience in this area, as well as experience of data entry. The ideal candidate will also have 1-2 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry (preferably Asset Management). Corporate Experience is essential.
In addition, this Presentation Specialist will support the current Design Executive in creating and producing non-PowerPoint design support and client-facing marketing collateral. This role would suit someone who is used to juggling a busy workload and confident with Adobe & Microsoft packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formatting, processing and updating of PowerPoint slides for presentations and webcasts
- Supporting the current Design Executive in creating client-facing marketing material
- Involved in the production of materials for internal communications
- Designing investment research papers and factsheets
- Updating the Brand Guidelines, Virtual Data Rooms, the Investor Portal and Cvent event management
- Become familiar with the marketing compliance procedures
- Create banners for LinkedIn and emails
- Assist in the preparation of materials to launch new products or channels
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong eye for detail
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Demonstrated and advanced experience of PowerPoint is essential
- Strong data entry experience
- Experience of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
- Knowledge of WordPress ,DotDigital, ClickDimensions and Foleon, is an advantage
- 1 to 2 years experience in a financial services environment, preferably Asset Management
- Corporate experience essential
- Advanced Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Demonstrated administration skills
- Excellent people skills
