An exciting opportunity for an experienced H1R Operations Coordinator to join the London HR team of one of the worlds' largest and most prestigious law firms on a 9-12m FTC!
Our client seeks an experience HR Operations professional with at least three years' experience to work closely with the Senior HR Operations Manager, HRIS and HR Operations Specialist to give a seamless Hr Operations Support service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Benefits
- Responsibility for enrolling new members in relevant benefits schemes; updating tracking information and maintaining relevant system screens using PeopleSoft.
- Conducting benefits meetings for support staff and providing back up for Associate and Partner benefits meetings
- Assist with monitoring and tracking leave of absences for the London office.
- Payroll
- Provide support for the preparation and validation of the monthly payroll information for the London office using PeopleSoft
- Input the monthly changes to payroll data for the London office
- HR Systems
- Support the HRIS/HROS in maintaining the PeopleSoft database for the London office
- Work with the US and International offices on the transfer and secondment process
- Provide support and guidance to London staff in the use of PeopleSoft, including training new joiners
- General Administrative duties.
- Responsible for monitoring, categorising and replying to emails sent to the London HR Operations mailbox and escalating where necessary
- Schedule meetings, manage diaries and take accurate meeting notes as requested
- Submitting invoices for payment in a timely manner
The ideal candidate for this HR Operations role will have experience of HR Systems and some exposure to payroll and benefits. Excellent IT skills is essential, solid experience of PeopleSoft is highly desirable and ideally you will be degree educated and CIPD-qualified. You must have excellent time management skills and organisational skills, a confident and flexible attitude, and the ability to work under your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
