This wonderful, well known UK retailer is looking for an HR Advisor for an initial three month contract to be extended permanently after that time. The role will be working remotely for the foreseeable future, and mostly involve onboarding documentation (contracts of employment, offer letters, right to work requirements, visas, new starter checklists/p45’s) and sending them out to staff, updating employee information in their systems/databases, drafting and sending out confirmation letters on the employee information changes, reorganising folder structures in SharePoint, uploading documents into the new HR system and managing the HR mailbox. They are looking for someone with HR and employment law experience and an understanding of HR and legal procedures and processes. They are looking for someone to join them ASAP, available to work over the Christmas period, who is organised, a good communicator, experienced in Excel and SharePoint with a minimum of 3 years HR experience.
