Our client, an international law firm who specialise in Real Estate and Private wealth are looking for a Client Administrator Team Leader to join the firm.

The candidate will have strong organisational skills, be proactive and competent. The role is to lead and be part of a central team of Client Administrators who are responsible for processing the firm's required compliance and billing administration on client matters. The role includes taking ownership of tasks and playing a critical role in actively delivering on all requests relating to compliance and billing processes.

The ideal candidate will develop others, improve client service and will demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, leadership, professionalism and a high-level quality service delivery ethos.

Main duties include -

Deliver compliance and billing services in particular:

Managing the Client Inception Module (CIM), liaising with Executive Assistants, Legal Secretaries and fee earners as necessary, by ensuring all activities and duties adhere to risk and compliance requirementsAssisting with creating new clients and file opening - pure transaction and development, to include creating and adding client parties, scanning certified AML, submitting due diligence, completing compliance check list and all relevant Inception TabsRunning conflict checks in Prescient, including:

sending a conflict check email to the designated distribution group;ensuring that the results are reviewed by the matter Associate; and saving subsequent correspondence to the matter file
Team leader responsibilities include -

Working with the Secretarial Services Manager, Secretarial Team Leaders, Finance and Risk & Compliance, play a key role in improving the firm's compliance and billing processes, ensuring consistency of approach across legal departments and key clients and helping the business deliver a high-quality compliance and billing service to its clients Co-ordinate administrative work flow across the team, making decisions on workload and delegating appropriately to meet deadlines, communicating progressPro actively identify and introduce ways to improve processes and ways of working, identifying opportunities to contribute to the continual improvement of the Client Administrative team, playing an integral part in working towards the team's goal of becoming a Best in Class Client Administrative teamIf you are looking for a new challenge and meet the above criteria, please apply now.
