What would I be doing day to day?

Position: HR Generalist - part-time or full-time

This role will be based remotely initially with a view to be based in office 3 days a week

Who will I be reporting into: The Founder

Key duties:

• Sole HR professional within the organisation
• First point of contact for all HR enquiries
• Dealing with recruitment
• Implements and updating policies and procedures
• Manage appraisals
• Manage wellbeing of all employees

What is the company looking for?

Background and experience:

• Previous HR experience, ideally in a standalone position or as part of a small team
• Exposure to compliance would be beneficial
• A professional HR qualification would be beneficial
• Previously worked within healthcare would be beneficial but not essential
• Previously dealt with recruitment as part of their duties
