Our client is looking for a team assistant – is this you?

You will be working for a highly respected financial services firm and join a progressive, forward-thinking team to provide high-quality administrative support.

The role:

  • Provide diary management and manage emails
  • Travel
  • Producing reports on excel
  • Manage expenses
  • Typing and writing up minutes
  • Arranging meetings

The candidate:

  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent written English, able to take and write minutes
  • Minimum of 2 years of admin experience
  • Exceptional Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Hardworking
  • Confident communicator
  • Proactive and able to use initiative
