Our client is looking for a team assistant – is this you?
You will be working for a highly respected financial services firm and join a progressive, forward-thinking team to provide high-quality administrative support.
The role:
- Provide diary management and manage emails
- Travel
- Producing reports on excel
- Manage expenses
- Typing and writing up minutes
- Arranging meetings
The candidate:
- Strong academic background
- Excellent written English, able to take and write minutes
- Minimum of 2 years of admin experience
- Exceptional Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hardworking
- Confident communicator
- Proactive and able to use initiative
