Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter - Financial Services, London

Leading Global Investment Banking organisation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment team within their EMEA Human Capital Management Division. The Team focuses on the sourcing and recruitment of traditionally underrepresented identities for key positions throughout the Bank in the EMEA region.

You will be a Graduate possessing at least 5 years work experience focussing on recruitment and resourcing within a global reaching and diverse mutli-cultural environment. Ideally this will include experience of working with Diversity programmes and strategies, project management and you should have a strong awareness of current diversity issues, trends and organisations.

You must possess first class communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior level internal staff and stakeholders as well as external organisations and regulatory bodies. Strong PC skills and experience of working with candidate tracking and sourcing systems are also required.

This exciting and high profile role will undertake a variety of duties and responsibilities including searching and identifying candidates through building networks, targeting specific candidate groups, direct search and sourcing and utilising relevant on-line recruitment and social media tools.

This role is covering a maternity leave initially however, could offer future opportunity for exceptional candidates.
