Client Representative

I am excited to say that I am looking for 2 permanent Client Representatives and 1 on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a role based in Bristol.

Client Details

Our client is a leading Financial Services provider, based in Bristol. They pride themselves on offering a bespoke service for each of their clients to help them achieve whatever goals they have.

1 x 12 month FTC Client Representative

Description

The key responsibilities of a Client Representative are:

• Manage high volumes of calls from internal and external Financial Advisers, Clients, Sales Team and Third Party Service Providers
• Continually focus on delivery of excellent customer service to ensure that the Company is highly valued by our clients and in line with our service standards
• Complete basic administration processes and produce client documentation
• Provide support to Financial Advisers as and when directed
• Provide support as and when required to the Client Operations Department
• Liaise with relevant parties to chase outstanding documentation required to complete tasks
• Complete all tasks in line with service standards, procedures and compliance guidelines
• Meet all Financial Conduct Authority regulations
• Manage all online queries through to completion
• Provide online support and guidance for New Business applications

Profile

The successful Client Representative will have:

Essential:

• Worked in a client contact or largely telephone based environment/role

• Clear communication skills and friendly, positive manner
• Ability to handle difficult conversations
• Excellent Administration skills

Desirable:

• Previous exposure within the financial services industry, particularly externally-facing client servicing
• Working towards Financial Services qualifications - either part or fully qualified i. IOC, CII, Certificate in Financial Planning
• Good understanding of Wrap platforms and relevant investment and pension products
