We are seeking an exceptional, bright and proven EA to support the Chairman of a Mayfair based investment company in a business and private capacity.

Acting as a true right-hand support to the Chairman, this is a demanding role for a resilient, fast paced and dedicated individual.  Duties will include heavy diary, travel and inbox management alongside substantial private duties, working closely with a Chief of Staff, although the role is office based.     

The ideal candidate will be slick, well educated, polished and committed, demonstrating solid experience and longevity on their CV.  Experience of working in a family office would be helpful but not essential.  

Although the role is not 24-7, considerable out of hours support will be required and thus you must be flexible, committed and responsive to this, reflected in the excellent financial package.
