Innovative, international investment firm with US HQ is expanding their global network with a brand new outpost in Singapore.
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Office Manager / EA with excellent local knowledge, an impeccable career and academic track record and lots of common sense to join this exciting start-up office and keep things running smoothly. We’re looking for a candidate with a “nothing-to-much trouble” attitude to handle everything from confidential HR projects to meet & greet and everything in between!

As sole support in the office you will be accustomed to working independently but will have the backup of administration and leadership support from other regional offices.  The team will initially consist of a small team of investment professionals with expected growth over time.

Duties will include but won’t be limited to -

  • Managing all local contracts and external vendors
  • Providing support for office and regional HR matters
  • Maintenance of office facilities and equipment
  • Handling financial administration for the Singapore office
  • Reception and meeting room duties
  • Managing the CRM database
  • EA support to the team including travel and accommodation management, expenses and diary management where required
You will possess:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an Office Manager, exposure to fast-growth tech or investment sector a bonus
  • Exceptional MS Office Skills
  • A humble, inquisitive, accommodating attitude
  • A flexible approach to tasks and strong prioritisation skills
  • Impeccable written English (writing samples will be required)
  • Local knowledge of Singapore and the Asia region
Highly desirable

  • Mandarin speaker (not essential but beneficial)  
  • A university degree
