A new and exciting role has arisen for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager with 1-3 years transferable experience to join a family office based in Dubai. This established business is based in the United Kingdom and is setting up an office in Dubai; therefore, this role will suit someone who has experience working within the local market. 

Duties include;

  • Diary management 
  • Travel management 
  • Coordinating meetings on behalf of Director
  • Setting up the office 
  • Processing invoices and general reconciling 
  • Coordinating with suppliers 
  • General office administration
  • The ideal candidate;

  • Will have between 1-3 years' personal assistant or office management experience, within a corporate environment 
  • Be able to work under pressure, in a confidential manner
  • Will have strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

    Salary for this role will be between 8,000-12,000 AED per month.
