An exciting new role has arisen for an Administrator to join the small and busy Client Services team of a financial services business. 

Our client is a company that really value and understand the importance of having the support of a first-class Administrator. This role is a crucial part of this team, so we are looking for someone who has excellent organisational skills, high standard of work and attention to detail. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • All general administration and processing of client application forms 
  • Help to manage and respond to general enquires received via email within a timely manner and in adherence with quality and compliance standards 
  • Work as a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients and take ownership on following up  
  • Maintain client records (physical and electronic) in an orderly and comprehensive manner 
  • Accurately record details of interactions and update CRM system and help with data processing 
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested from time to time 


  • Strong academic record
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to learn and pick up new processes quickly
  • Accurate and efficient word processing skills and previous experience using a CRM system would be advantageous 
  • Experience in dealing with clients in a professional and confidential manner 
  • Exceptional organisational skills 
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to perform under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
