If the answer is yes, then look no further. Our client is seeking a pro-active and committed Executive Assistant to fill this ‘hands on’ role in their wonderful Frankfurt office. THE ROLE

This role will be to provide EA support to a small team of executives and work alongside two truly great EA colleagues. It's a small but growing office so the emphasis is on being a team player, mucking in and helping out with the office, meeting any visitors and much more.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Senior Executives as well as providing additional support to teams of visiting executives from global offices
  • Intensive schedule and diary management, including complex travel arrangement planning
  • Regular liaison and interaction with various other offices globally
  • Working as part of a small admin team ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Screening and handling all incoming telephone calls in a responsive and timely manner
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors and clients in an appropriate and professional manner
  • Full secretarial duties, including accurate and efficient filing, typing and preparation of business correspondence, project documents and presentations, and using a variety of software packages to an advanced level

THE CANDIDATE

An ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant role will be a highly-motivated, adaptable, and organised team-player, who is able to adapt and perform well in a fast-paced environment, whilst also possessing the following skills:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
  • Excellent secretarial, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent standards of spelling and grammar
  • Have a minimum of 5 years EA experience in a corporate, ideally international finance firm environment
  • Have a professional, committed attitude and approach
  • Team player
