As the ESA you will be reporting directly to the EA of a well established business based in Wythenshawe is a demanding role and to succeed you will need to be self-motivated, flexible and prepared to work across a range of duties and all areas of the business.

The client is a well established business based in Wythenshawe who are recruiting on a permanent basis to operate as part of their flexible team.
Description
The Key Responsibilities will include
Provide professional, accurate and timely support to the Executive Assistant to CEO.
Deputise for Executive Assistant to the CEO during periods of absence e., holidays.
Proactively and efficiently manage the complex diaries for the executive team, dealing with last minute changes or issues in an efficient and timely manner.
Assist with maintaining company records ensuring they are up to date, accurate, secure and confidential.
Assist with fund raising campaigns. *
Schedule internal and external meetings.
Prepare and circulate meeting documentation / briefing notes prior to the meeting and take the minutes at the meeting.
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of the Executive team expenses
Assist with negotiating, managing and implementing all 3rd party office management contracts and for overseeing the annual office maintenance schedule.
Oversee, and where necessary, assist with negotiating, managing and implementing the 3rd party Health and Safety contract and annual H&S calendar of event to ensure the company complies with all relevant Health and Safety regulations.
Oversee implementation of procurement strategy for office supplies in line with budget
Plan, implement and maintain an effective Disaster Recovery Plan
Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Provide cover on reception during period of absence e., lunch breaks, holidays etc.
Meet and greet visitors when required; support with preparation and set up of meeting rooms. *
Profile
The Successful candidate will have/be
Proven multiyear experience as a Personal Assistant at an Executive level
Professional approach with the ability to ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
Previous experience of working in a dynamic, fast paced, constantly changing environment.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience of multiple diary management.
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Abel to maintain confidentiality and remain discreet at all times.
Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Able to use own initiative to prioritise a busy workload and adept at working simultaneously on multiple tasks with the mindset to exceed expectations on quality and deadlines.
Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to remain calm and professional at all times but particularly when under pressure.
Job Offer
A Salary of £27,000-£30,000
