Our client is looking for a sales administrator – is this you?

You will be working for a global financial services company and join a progressive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team.

The role:

  • Process, manage and record sales for Market Intelligence (MI) and Accreditation & Marketing Services (AMS) business units
  • Create and send invoices
  • Client liaison and customer service
  • Work with credit control team to chase debt, flagging issues to relevant sales teams
  • Running regular reports for sales and finance team
  • Assist with ad hoc duties when required

The candidate:

  • Minimum one-year experience working in an office-based administrative role
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ad DEPOT
  • Good levels of IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients
  • Numerate
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

This is a temporary opportunity for 2 months paying £12.50 p/h.
