Our client is looking for a sales administrator – is this you?
You will be working for a global financial services company and join a progressive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team.
The role:
- Process, manage and record sales for Market Intelligence (MI) and Accreditation & Marketing Services (AMS) business units
- Create and send invoices
- Client liaison and customer service
- Work with credit control team to chase debt, flagging issues to relevant sales teams
- Running regular reports for sales and finance team
- Assist with ad hoc duties when required
The candidate:
- Minimum one-year experience working in an office-based administrative role
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and ad DEPOT
- Good levels of IT skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients
- Numerate
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
This is a temporary opportunity for 2 months paying £12.50 p/h.
