Tiger Recruitment is currently seeking an exceptionally intelligent, down to earth and proactive Office Manager in Singapore. This Office Manager role is for a super impressive financial firm with offices all over the globe and will also involve EA support.


This is a new Office Manager/ Executive Assistant role with lots of variety. You will be the sole support in the office and therefore happy with working independently. Additionally, you will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and excellent organisational skills.

Duties include -
  • Maintenance of multiple offices
  • Dealing with all contracts and external suppliers
  • HR support
  • Dealing with petit cash
  • FOH duties  
  • Managing the CRM database
  • EA support to the office

To be successful, you will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar Office Manager role. You will be exceptionally organised, analytical, eager and flexible with your time.  As well as able to juggle multiple work-plates.

Essential requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience as an Office Manager.
  • Experience in finance or tech
  • Exceptional MS Office Skills
  • A proactive nature
  • Ability to work independently
  • Efficient problem solver
  • High attention to detail
Desired requirements:
  • Mandarin speaker (not essential but beneficial)  
  • A university degree
