PA/Office Manager

About the role

We are seeking a temp to cover a post-holder until filled permanently or on a temp to perm basis. This is a very demanding and busy role but with a lovely supportive team. We need someone on top of their game with superb organisation skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritise and push back when required.

Key responsibilities

PA to 6 key people (MPs, Chair, CFO)

Meeting and travel arrangements - for key staff plus 5/6 partners/directors - currently more coordinating WFH (and eventually RTW) Office admin supporting a wider team of 30 - general office admin, phones, meeting rooms, overseeing office equipment, co-ordinating with providers Office management - related to buildings, contractors and general office maintenance HR admin - timesheets, holiday calendar, new person/leaver checklists, updating internal databases Expenses and invoices related to above - we use Expensify, so a lot automated Social - arranging and overseeing team events Who you will be

• Ideally Finance or Hedge Funds background so understand terminology and hit the ground running
• Need superb communication skills - excellent Spelling and Grammar essential
• Need to be super organised and able to prioritise and push back - very demanding role in terms of workload but very supportive organisation
• Experienced supporting a team of senior partners and wider team (highly desirable)
• Must have a good level of Word, Excel and PP

Other Information

• Hours 40 per week - 08;30-17:30 but are flexible
• Will work from home (until April) - client to supply laptop
• Interview 1-2 stages
• Video interview Monday 11th Jan so o need be available then
• Handover with post leaver so need to be able to start ASAP
