Solutions driven Executive Assistant required for a dynamic and forward thinking boutique finance house.
A fantastic opportunity for a tech-savvy assistant who has operated at C-suite level who can provide a true one-to-one support to one of the managing partners on a day-to-day basis.
In these challenging times my client is looking for a resourceful assistant with high emotional intelligence who will be real problem solver!
Candidates should ideally be degree educated with some financial services experience, experience of managing projects would be real plus as would be exposure to IT programming or website creation.
*Prepared to go the extra mile and be on hand 24/7 as needed
*Computer literate - strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook
*Polite telephone and personal manner
*Excellent grammar skills needed for proofreading and writing correspondence
*Highly organised and detail orientated personality.
*Proactive, one-step ahead mind set
*Strong analytical skills
*Strong oral and written communication skills
*Ability to take initiative, functions independently and works in a team
*Provide accurate information in a timely manner
Personal competencies:
*Credible and reliable individual
*Flexibility in working hours
*Confidentiality and discretion at all times
*Proven capability for multi-tasking
This role will be homebased at the moment with flexible-home working going forward.
