Internal Recruiter

A consultancy firm based in the West End is looking for a driven, organised and conscientious Internal Recruiter to support the teams on finding suitable candidates.

With regards to the role, you will manage day to day resourcing, ensure the teams are backfilled when faced with a leaver and the understanding of resourcing pipelines. This will also include the day to day resourcing administration, formatting CVs, Candidate interviews and ensuring adequate vetting is conducted by all teams.

It is important for this role that you can work under pressure, have excellent attention to detail and are able to use your own initiative.

 Skills and Experience Desired;

• Experience in commercial resourcing, recruitment or operations environment that can demonstrate adaptability to the role
• Experience of operating in small business environment in a fast paced role
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Interest in working in a supporting role
• Good people and communication skills
