HR Generalist

My client is a highly reputable, high growth professional services company looking for an experienced and capable HR Generalist. This role will be on a full-time basis, based out of their Mayfair headquarters

The key role responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the full HR Remit – first point of contact for all employee matters
• Full life cycle – recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, all the way through to offboarding
• Implementing and updating company policies and procedures in line with changing UK legislation
• Handling all complex ER cases from disciplinaries, grievances as well as adept at conflict resolution
• Monthly payroll submissions to external supplier, also overseeing all benefits, pensions auto enrolment and any related matters

Skills and experience required:

• Minimum 3+ years working within a similar position
• A degree in HR, or CIPD level 7
• Self-starter – highly proactive and ‘plugged in’ to the wider HR community
• Tech savvy, with an understanding of HRIS
• Strong understanding of UK and international employment law
