This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and supremely organised degree educated Executive Assistant to join a young, super intelligent and dynamic team.  Supporting the hugely ambitious and motivated founders of this fast-growing tech start up, this Executive Assistant will be a true right-hand support and will be able to get fully involved in the business.  The pace is fast, working to tight deadlines with constant last-minute changes.  The Founders travel weekly so this Executive Assistant must be happy working autonomously and be able to make decisions without direction.  The ability to forward think and plan strategically is key.  This Executive Assistant will be part of business meetings, ensuring points are actioned and coming up with solutions to issues as they arise.  The role is client facing and this Executive Assistant will be the point person for investors and entrepreneurs within the tech sphere so you must enjoy interacting with others and building relationships.  This is a really exciting time to join and there is huge scope to make the role your own and the option for remote working a few days a week. The ideal Executive Assistant will have 5+ years’ experience supporting at founder level in a start-up environment within finance/tech.
