Our client is a Bristol based Consultancy who are looking for a Survey Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. They have a friendly and supportive team who encourage ambition and collaborative working.

Description

The Surveys Sales Advisor will service inbound survey instructions and process the associated internal admin and reporting.

The role will involve:

• Talking customers through the survey options and convert the survey quote into an instruction
• Managing the chase cycle for unanswered calls
• Hitting daily call targets
• Recording the call outcomes
• Reporting daily, weekly on the converted leads
• Providing feedback and ideas on improving the conversion rates
• Administer inbound survey instructions
• Confirm the survey requirements with customers
• Allocate the survey instruction to the available surveyor
• Communicate with customers on survey dates
• Monitor the completion of scheduled surveys
• Process all the administration and paperwork associated with your surveys service work
• Weekly reporting on your survey work and revenues
• Providing additional support/cover for other member of the Surveys service team when needed

Profile

The successful Survey Sales Administrator will:

• Be an effective communicator, excellent telephone manner with customer focus.
• Sales and/or customer service exposure
• IT literate to a good standard, particularly MS Office
• Excellent understanding of customer service standards
• Available on short notice
• Comfortable with a phone based role with some sales aspects
