Robert Half OfficeTeam have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Personal Assistant to join a Real Estate business, based in Central South London. This role supports the Company Secretary.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting with full administration on company Secretary schemes
- Assisting with year end - proof reading, grammar and punctuation checking
- AGM management including minute taking, refreshments etc
- Board pack papers, managing, printing, binding and creating
- Completing filing at Companies House
- Extensive and complex diary management
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders arranging meetings, lunches, venues etc
- General office duties
Person Specification
- Advanced MS skills
- Excellent written English, able to take a write minutes to be distributed globally
- Confident communicator
- Highly discrete and confidential
- Awareness and understanding of GDPR
- Proactive and able to use initiative
- Experience in supporting at senior level
