Part-time Personal Assistant, Private Individual – New Jersey

Location: Edison, New Jersey
Hourly rate: $35-50p/h

My client is in need of a Personal Assistant to assist him and his family in the support of an elderly family member.  This is not a care role, but they are looking for someone who will be able to manage all of the logistics surrounding him receiving the support needed.

This is a PART-TIME role, working 4/5 hours per day, Monday-Friday

Duties:

• Daily/weekly scheduling of care providers and communicating this succinctly to the different family members
• Ensuring that all household staff and family members are accounted for and understand what is required of them
• Being on hand daily to greet family members, friends, and care providers
• Making any orders and accepting deliveries, such a groceries, and any other parcels

Person Specification:

• Empathetic and caring
• Able to think on your feet, mature, and can work with limited guidance
• Trustworthy and honest
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
