Our client, a 5* Serviced Office Provider are now looking for a confident, professional and friendly Sales Administrator to join their business and friendly back office team.

Situated in stunning offices based in the City you will play a vital role in dealing with all the administration based around their potential clients and the viewings being arranged.

Duties include but not limited to:
*Dealing with all the brokers, follow up on leads.
*Arranging and booking viewings for the Client Relationship Manger.
*Following up on all actions.
*Arranging contracts.
*Dealing with all email and telephone queries.
*High volume of telephone-based work.
*Being part an integral part of their events.

Candidate specification:
*Confident, professional and friendly telephone manor.
*Experience working within, an administration, customer service-based position, with high levels of telephone work.
*Fresh energy, warm personality.
*Can do attitude.

This is to start as soon as possible paying £25K.
