Receptionist in funky architects - to 23K

Fabulous opportunity to join a funky and hugely successful firm of architects based in south London.  The offices are stunning and the firm pride themselves on really looking after their staff.  It is a hugely sociable company and would suit someone creative and outgoing.  This is a really busy reception role and will suit someone who loves giving a professional 5* welcome to people from all walks of life.  You will enjoy working in a team and really playing a massive part in the success of the firm as they encourage you to get to know about all their projects and really buy in to what they do.

Main duties revolve around meeting and greeting clients, contacts, members of the public using their events space - so your customer service skills should be exemplary.  The phone are really busy too and you will also get involved in booking meeting rooms, liaising with other admin colleagues and generally helping out wherever needed.  You need to be someone who thrives on being busy, on the ball, vigilant, happy to join in on all their social events and have a generally happy and smiling demeanour!

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or equivalent and have a creative spirit and fantastic communication skills.  It is not essential to have had any formal reception experience - but you should have accrued some great customer service skills perhaps in retail/hospitality and also have worked in an office environment before.  They will train up the right person, if your attitude and fit is right.  You will be someone who is really keen on working in stunning offices with a bunch of really friendly and sociable colleagues.  Prospects exist to move on within the firm if you prove yourself, so this really is the most amazing chance for a born customer service operator to carve a career for themselves.
