The Client

Our client is an exciting boutique law firm based in Central London, who is seeking an Office Manager on a part-time basis.  This opportunity will suit someone who is looking to work 2 to 3 days a week only.  Initially this position will be working remotely from home.

The Role

Your role will include:

  • Provide day-to-day admin function for office
  • Database management
  • Ensuring smooth running of office
  • General HR and compliance duties
  • Managing invoices and timesheets
  • E-filing
  • Dealing with general enquiries and emails

The Requirements

  • Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services
  • Previous Office Management or Office Administration experience
  • Fantastic organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
