An excellent opportunity for a switched-on Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide seamless support and project assistance to the Leadership Team of a prestigious consultancy company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy EA/OM/Projects hybrid role, and typical duties can include:
  • Internal and external diary and travel coordination for Leadership Team
  • Being point of contact between team and stakeholders
  • Proactively gate-keep the team
  • Develop high quality documents, PowerPoints and talking points for meetings
  • Attending meetings and minute taking
  • Support project teams with research and analysis relevant to ongoing projects
  • Conduct comprehensive research on different prospects and present through ‘snapshots’
  • Day to day management of the London office
  • Supporting the office culture as a dynamic, inclusive and enjoyable place to work
  • Reviewing and implementing process to help office and team run as smoothly as possible
  • Supporting the Talent team with recruitment logistics and onboarding of new starters
  • Organising top quality internal social events
  • Support across any additional ad hoc projects
WHO YOU ARE 
To be successful, you will be a bright and engaging EA/OM with proven experience effectively supporting senior management individuals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience supporting senior team members
  • Experience working in a consultancy or similar professional services environment
  • Highly efficient and organised individual
  • Efficient problem solver and proactive nature
  • Ability to build lasting relationships
  • Work collaboratively with both stakeholders and fellow employees
  • Self-driven and confident to give and take feedback and raise issues and concerns
  • Personable easy-going nature
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
