In this role you will provide an essential support to the Corporate support team and act as Executive Assistant to the Chair of the Board, Chief Executive and Director of Finance. This is an extremely varied opportunity where the main duties will include diary management, minute taking and administration support to main projects across the organisation. This role will involve some remote working in addition to working some days in the office.

My client are an established organisation who provide an essential service to support individuals across the community. They have an extremely supportive working culture and full training will be provided to gain a thorough understanding of all the Director requirements day to day.

Description

The main duties of the role will involve:-

  • Diary management
  • Act as a main point of contact for all Directors
  • Maintain office systems including Excel and Outlook
  • Deal with matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature
  • Report and document management
  • Minute taking
  • General administration

Profile

This role will suit a highly organised individual who prides themselves in providing a highly efficient support to all Directors. Being adaptable and proactive are the key skills required to be successful in this post. Experience working in the healthcare sector would be beneficial but not essential.
