The role of a Digital Recruiter/Recruitment Support Partner is pivotal to the success of our teams. Driving both our talent pipeline, marketing and candidate engagement, you will work to support the team with ownership of projects, deadlines and our candidate journey. Working closely with Consultants in the team to identify top talent, promoting these and sharing market knowledge and insights that will add value and revenue to the business.
It is vital that you have previous support experience within recruitment, exposure in a Digital Recruiter, Recruitment Team Assistant or Desk Assistant position within recruitment. The role will be to start immediately, ideally January and will be on a full-time permanent basis paying up to £25,000pa with a good benefits package.
Role and responsibilities
· Proactively create pipelines of passive Top Talent candidates utilising all systems available
· Create Projects identifying live and passive candidates within each of the vertical specialist areas, locations and industries we operate in
· Write engaging Adverts and post vacancies, legally, compliant, attractive and in line with Diversity and inclusion
· Conducting telephone, video and face to face interviews with candidates using CBI techniques and utilising Odro (Video)
· Writing winning candidate profiles of Top Talent candidates enabling Consultants to proactively take candidates to market
· Coordinating and Managing all candidate generation campaigns etc. graduate schemes, open days and candidate events.
· Work closely with marketing to assist with content for Social Media and increase followers and connections with all Social Media sites
· Create Optics reports consultants to take to market
· Drive NPS through proactive candidate engagement and service
· Candidate marketing projects on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
· Create projects utilising Linkedin recruiter and engage with passive candidates
· Fulfil live vacancies with candidates generated
· Support Business development activities
· Generating leads and matching candidates for leads to provide to consultants to spec, driving BD activities
· Driving new business by providing new companies to add to the CRM
· Weekly engagement with candidates on Promoting new jobs in and market trends
· Supporting consultants with scheduling interviews
· Add GP to the team Budget by identifying and interviewing Talent for live roles and future roles
· Support the team by coordinating compliance and onboarding for new hires and registered candidates
· Send out Assessments, collect and update CRM with results
· Support team in creating market insights each week/month per areas and vertical (Apsco/LinkedIn/Research)
Background & Experience
· Strong background in office administration experience within a customer driven environment
· Superb IT skills including MS Word, Excel, PP and Outlook
· Excellent spelling and grammar
· Able to demonstrate autonomy and self-development
· Good knowledge of Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn/Insta/FB)
· Creative mindset (to support marketing ideas and content)
Personal Attributes
· First class communicator with a high standard or verbal and written communication skills
· Highly organised with the ability to work at pace
· Ability to understand people, establish individual needs and communicate these effectively
· Confident, positive and enthusiastic attitude when communicating internally or externally
· Ability to work to best practice standards with excellent attention to detail
· Willingness to lead team projects
· Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines, often under pressure
