High profile 1:1 role - sport

Initially a 12m FTC, this is a unique opportunity to work at the top of a well known sporting entity based in central London! 

Working on a 1:1 basis for a well respected figurehead, you will be providing comprehensive business support at Board level ensuring streamlined coordination of day to day proceedings, proactive diary and inbox management and, once COVID restrictions are lifted, complex international and national travel itineraries. Additional support to the Board may be required with reference to the production and collation of board papers, minutes and presentations - advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.  

This is a collaborative role working closely with the EA team in order to successfully ensure the smooth running of this very fast paced environment; it requires the strong use of initiative, the ability to liaise effectively with high profile stakeholders, the gravitas to be a gatekeeper combined with a warm and approachable manner.

This is an amazing role for someone at the top of their game who is confident working in a high profile environment and can exercise discretion and act as a real ambassador for their boss.

 - Strong experience supporting at C-level in a fast paced environment is essential.

 - Understanding of board processes and previous experience of producing detail oriented papers, reports and presentations required - Advanced PowerPoint

 - Ability to work to deadlines, handle confidential information and previous experience working with high profile stakeholders is an advantage

 - Attention to detail, extremely strong communications skills, a hardworking, self motivated attitude combined with a calm and resilient manner.
