We are currently seeking a Rewards Assistant to join the HR team of a bank in the city on a long-term temporary basis, with a strong possibility to go permanent for the successful candidate.

Fantastic opportunity for a Rewards Assistant who is proactive, keen to take initiative and has had experience with some project work.

Key Responsibilities:
*To support the Reward team to ensure the smooth running of that service and to continually improve the service
*To support the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review for all entities EMEA.
*Role interfaces with the wider HR team in and outside London. Some stakeholders within PD including F&C and Planning Group, Company Secretarial and Control Functions.
*To support the delivery of the activities of the Remuneration and Regulations team. Roles will support with all elements of the role and work flexibly across function and entity.
*Key parts of roles are the annual salary and bonus reviews, annual pay benchmarking

Key Skills Required:
*Experience in year-end salary and bonus reviews in financial services
*Proven track record in managing and delivering on key projects.
*Able to explain complex financial data and communicate it in an easy way to understand
*Understanding of bonus modelling.
*Highly numerical and analytical with a high attention to detail
*High level of competence liaising with senior stakeholders and understanding commercial considerations of reward.
*Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively both up and across a hierarchy.
